Individuals we need

Smart, creative, ethical, interpersonally effective, detailed, polished and fun.  As far as work skills, an MPSG start up specialist can successfully manage all phases of establishing a practice from feasibility analysis to a post-launch open house event.  Our consulting projects require “improvement specialists” with the ability to implement positive lasting change in a variety of areas such as revenue and cost management, operations, human resources, leadership and marketing.  

We are looking for professionals with:

A minimum of 7 years experience in medical practice management, and/or health care consulting.

Expertise in the following areas:

• Organizational and project management
• Employee recruitment and retention
• Complex cost-benefit analysis
• Financial pro forma
• Human resources, employee benefits
• Operations and practice work flow
• Marketing, promotions and advertising
• Billing and revenue cycle management
• Budget and expense management
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and management skills
